Q: What’s the best way to find what I’m looking for?

A: Use the Search bar at the top of any page or browse by category using the main navigation menu—it’s fast and easy!

Q: How will I know if an item is available?

A: Since all our products are Print-on-Demand, they are always available to order. Simply select your desired options and click “Add to Cart”.

Q: Do I need an account to shop?

A: Not at all! You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows for faster checkout and easier order tracking in the future.

Payment & Checkout

Q: Which payment methods can I use?

A: We exclusively accept PayPal for all transactions to ensure maximum security and convenience for our customers.

Q: Is your payment process secure?

A: Absolutely. All transactions are handled through PayPal’s secure gateway, which uses industry-leading encryption to protect your financial information.

Q: My payment isn’t working. What now?

A: Please ensure your PayPal account has sufficient funds and your information is correct. If problems persist, please contact PayPal support or email us at [email protected] for assistance.

Shipping Details

Q: When will my order be ready?

A: Our handling time is 1–5 business days to print and prepare your order. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Not at this time. We currently ship only within the continental United States.

Q: My tracking hasn’t updated. Should I be worried?

A: Sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking to show new scans. If it’s been longer, please contact us, and we will look into it with the shipping carrier.

Returns

Q: What’s the return policy?

A: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Q: How do I make a return?

A: Please email us at [email protected] with your order number to initiate the return process. We will provide you with further instructions.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

A: We cover the return shipping cost for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Information

Q: When will I get my refund?

A: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original PayPal account within 10 business days.

Q: My refund is missing. What should I do?

A: Please double-check your PayPal account. If it has been more than 10 business days since your return was approved, contact us so we can investigate.
