You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed. We process orders during our business hours:
Orders placed after our cut-off time of 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

We do not process or ship orders on the following U.S. federal holidays:

- Independence Day (July 4)

π Order Tracking
After your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You may also track your order via our Order Tracking page.
Please allow 3β7 business days for tracking updates to appear. If your tracking number is not yet active, the carrier may not have scanned the package into their system.
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated arrival window, please contact us for assistance.

Orders that require personalization or custom modifications may require additional processing time. The timeline will vary depending on the complexity of the customization.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses or packages lost due to customer error. Returned orders due to address errors may incur re-shipping fees.

We currently only ship within the continental United States. Due to restrictions, we do not ship to the following locations:
