30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- Be in its original condition.
- Include all original tags and packaging.
- Not show signs of damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date cannot be accepted.
How to Request a Return

- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item (required if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide return instructions if your request is approved.
Please do not send returns without prior authorization, as unauthorized packages may be refused or delayed.

Who Pays the Return Shipping Cost?
Customer is responsible for return shipping if:
- Ordered the wrong size.
- Changed their mind after purchase.
- No longer wants the item.
- Ordered the wrong product.
In these cases:
- The customer pays the return shipping cost.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
GlowMyStyle pays the return shipping cost if:
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The item arrived damaged during shipping.
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
- The item is missing due to our packing error.
In these situations, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include:
- A prepaid return label (when applicable).
- A replacement item.
- A full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or Final Sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Used, washed, or altered apparel
- Items without original tags or packaging
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Photo of the shipping label (if available)
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Refund Process
Once your returned package arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days.
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You may request a return after delivery if your order meets the eligibility requirements.
Lost or Refused Packages
If a package is returned because:
- An incorrect shipping address was provided,
- Delivery was repeatedly unsuccessful,
- The package was refused by the customer,
the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees. If a refund is requested instead, the original shipping charges and any return shipping costs incurred may be deducted from the refund.
